If you see something you like that has been sold and is no longer listed, contact me via rhcpets.com, or send me an email and if possible, I will happily make another one for you as long as the item is not listed as one of a kind, and I still have the fabric in the listing.

★ Sale cancellation |
If you need to cancel your sale, please contact me asap either through the contact form, Etsy, or by emailing me at rhcpets@gmail.com. I generally ship *within* 24 hours of receiving your order and sometimes ship the same day, so timing is important.

★ Refund policy |
If you are unhappy for any reason, please contact me right away!
★ Damaged Item I will do my best to re-send your item or refund as quickly as possible once I receive photos of the damaged item(s) for the report. If you receive an item and it is somehow damaged, I will need photos of the packaging and the item in order to fill out reports with the Post Office. You can send photos easily and quickly through the "contact me" form, through Etsy, or by emailing directly to rhcpets@gmail.com. ★ Lost Item If your item has been lost then I will of course send a replacement but please bear in mind that I cannot do this until 30 business days have passed. It is very rare that an item is lost in the mail. If you are concerned please don't hesitate to contact me at the first instance (you can do this through the "contact me" form, through Etsy, or through direct email at rhcpets.com). Packages can be held up along the way occasionally which may mean that your item takes a little longer to reach you. Mail is not considered lost until 30 business days have passed (for CAN and USA customers) (45 business days for International). Please be patient if your item hasn't arrived within the estimated time. ★ Other I hope you'll be happy with your purchase but I appreciate that it is sometimes difficult to buy based on a picture. If when you receive your purchase you decide that it isn't suitable for your needs, please contact me as soon as possible to discuss. I will offer either a refund or exchange upon receipt of the returned (unused) item - whichever is best for you. (Shipping costs are non-refundable) |
